Gift Voucher Purchase:
The promotion applies to gift vouchers purchased online, in-salon or via phone on Friday 18th October 2024 only.
Vouchers purchased on this date will receive 50% extra free on the original voucher value.
Example: Buy a £50 voucher and receive £75 in value, buy £100 and receive £150, and so on.
Voucher Use:
Vouchers can be redeemed for any full price hair service at Samuel Chapman Salon, including cuts, colours, blowdries, keratin blowdries and treatments.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of retail products, stand-by services, memberships or packages.
Voucher Validity:
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any remaining balance after 12 months will expire.
Non-Refundable:
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the gift voucher.
Partial Redemption:
If the service amount is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be retained for future services within the voucher’s validity period.
Multiple Vouchers:
Multiple gift vouchers can be used toward a single full priced appointment, but the total value must be redeemed within the 12-month validity period.
Promotions & Offers:
The 50% extra free promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, memberships, packages or offers.
Vouchers purchased during the Black Friday promotion cannot be used toward any future promotional services.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
