Do I need a trial before my special occasion?


While we highly recommend a trial for the Diamond and Sapphire packages to ensure everything is perfect, the Emerald package offers a streamlined option without a trial providing that your stylist is confident that they can meet your requests.

How long before my event should I book a consultation?


Depending on the event you have in mind and what package you are looking to book this can vary quite significantly. We would suggest booking your consultation around 4-6 weeks before your event should allow ample time for planning, especially if you choose the Diamond package, which includes a colouring service.

​

What should I bring to my consultation?


Bring any accessories you plan to wear, photos of styles you like as well as those you dis-like, and details about your outfit. This will help us create a look that perfectly complements your ensemble.

Can I get my hair coloured even if I don't choose the Diamond package?


Absolutely! We can add a colouring service to any package for an additional fee.

​

What colouring service is included in the Diamond Package? 

​​

We have allowed for any colouring service application to last up to 75 minutes plus an added gloss toner to ensure your hair is shiny & luminescent. Any further colouring services will incur a surcharge of the difference. 

​

How long will my hairstyle last?


Our styles are designed to be long-lasting and you will be given tips to increase the longevity of your style, however, different styles and different hair types will have varying lengths the style will last for. 

​

Can you accommodate groups or bridal parties?


Yes, we can cater to small bridal parties or groups, making sure everyone looks their best on the big day. We recommend calling ahead with plenty of time to ensure availability and to secure your preferred date and time.
