Whether you're looking to refresh your look, address specific hair or scalp concerns, or simply get professional advice, our virtual consultations provide a convenient and personalised experience.

What is a Virtual Consultation?

A Samuel Chapman Salon Virtual Consultation is a one-on-one video call with one of our skilled stylists or colourists.

This consultation lasts up to 30 minutes, giving you ample time to discuss your hair goals, current hair condition, and any concerns you may have.

Our experts will take the time to understand your unique needs and work with you to create a tailored plan to achieve the results you desire.

What to Expect:

Personalised Advice: Our stylist will explore all factors related to your hair and scalp, including texture, colour, health, and your lifestyle.

Tailored Recommendations: Based on the consultation, you’ll receive expert recommendations on treatments, products, and services that align with your hair goals and budget.

Follow-Up Support: After the consultation, you'll receive a detailed email summary with the next steps, product suggestions, and any additional recommendations to ensure your hair journey is smooth and successful.

How to Prepare for Your Virtual Consultation

To make the most of your virtual consultation, we ask that you complete a Client Form prior to your appointment.

This form helps us gather essential information about your hair history, current products, and any specific issues you’d like to address. We require this form to be filled in and returned 48 hours prior to your consultation so that your stylist can go through it and prepare accordingly.

Steps to Prepare:

Complete the Client Form: After booking a time and date, you'll receive a form to fill out with details about your hair and scalp.

Submit Photos: Please send us clear photographs of your hair and scalp 48 hours before your consultation. This allows our stylists to thoroughly analyse your hair in advance.

Be Ready: Ensure you have a device with a camera function and a quiet space where you can comfortably discuss your hair concerns and desires.

If you encounter any issues, such as not having access to a camera or being unable to complete the form, let us know in advance. Our team is committed to accommodating your needs and ensuring a smooth consultation process.

Virtual Consultation Follow-Up

Your hair journey doesn’t end with the consultation.

We’ll send you a personalised follow-up email summarising our discussion, including the recommended course of action.

If needed, we may suggest a follow-up in-person consultation or specific tests (like a skin or elasticity test) to ensure any planned services are safe and suitable for you.

Our team will be with you every step of the way, offering guidance and support as you work toward achieving healthy, beautiful hair.

How to Book a Virtual Consultation

Booking a virtual consultation is easy!

Our expert team are available Monday to Friday for virtual consultations, with pricing starting at £50.

When you book a service within 48 hours of your virtual consultation, 50% of the consultation fee will be credited towards your service.

This credit can be used for up to one month after your video consultation.
